We are a family-run business located in Sydney Markets.
Due to customer demand, we have decided to grow our business and give our customers access to fresh produce delivered to them Monday to Thursday straight from our growers and suppliers to your door. This is where the idea to start Jay’s Fresh Produce began.

Jay’s Fresh Produce is an Australian founded business, and its goal is providing the freshest fruit and vegetables and servicing Sydney’s restaurants, hospitals, clubs, and cafes. Our fruit and vegetables are sourced daily, as we work closely with our growers and suppliers to ensure only freshness and quality are delivered to you.

Meet The Team

Jay Allouche

Jay started working at Paddy’s market when he was a teenager, alongside his father Allan on the weekends. After completing his HSC in 2009, he then went on to university where he studied for his bachelor’s in business and Commerce. While studying, Jay was also working in the financial services industry, dealing with clients from all walks of life. However due to a strong passion wanting to continue growing the family business and keep providing quality service to our customers. Jay has now dedicated his time solely to wholesaling fruit and vegetables. Jay is always eager to please and happy to assist you with all your fresh produce needs.
